The Paris Hilton jail twister is making everyone's head spin; released from jail in the wee hours of Thursday, Paris might be soon have to pack again and return behind bars.

The latest chapter in America's most famous Prisoner saga , inmate 9818783 aka Paris Hilton, is about to be written. Hilton, who was released from jail in the wee hours of Thursday, will have to appear before the judge who originally put her behind bars at 9 am PDT on Friday.

Criticism surrounding the LA Sheriff's department decision to grant Paris Hilton the benefit of home arrest because of an alleged medical condition induced LA City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo to request Judge Michael Sauer to hold a hearing.

The Los Angeles City Attorney has filed a motion asking the court to have Paris Hilton returned to jail to serve out her full sentence.

The Hilton Hotel heiress was originally sentenced to 45 days in prison, a term that was later reduced to 23 days because of "good conduct".

Paris Hilton will have to wear an electronic monitoring device on her ankle for the next 40 days should her early release be confirmed at Friday's hearing.

The uproar of criticism surrounding her release after spending only 4 nights in jail is likely to explode into public protest should she not be sent back behind bars.

Only one thing is sure in all this mess: Paris Hilton is definitely gaining unprecedented media exposure while making the U.S. court system look like a circus.
