Anyone here going to use the Bush foreclosure bill to get out of a jam?

I think it's a terrible idea but I guess everything else has been getting bailed out forever by the government ever since Chrysler was so why not the home owner.Anyone here in the mortgage crunch boat?I have to admit,I see young guys I know starting families and it's little wonder the husband and wife works 3 jobs between them to afford everything these days.I say go the budget route on everything and don't always want the biggest and best.It's just a bank trap if you do.
