I have an agenda. Warning people that bodog is shit. When I call they tell me that they are having problems with a check processor and that my check should arrive soon. Been telling me "soon" for the past three weeks. And again Fuck Bodog.

The first payout request on 3-27 was for ~$5000 and another request on 4-3 for ~$5000 and another on 4-5 for ~$3900. Once you select to recieve a check by mail they won't let you change your selection. Bodog assures me it is just a processing delay, the check isn't lost in the mail etc.. Bodog has taken all the fun out of gambling. I don't feel comfortable giving out the account numbers. If I don't get my money "soon" I'll make it my off season hobby to destroy their business. Fuck Bodog.

Peep lays it out about Ponzi schemes and names Bodog as likely one of those. In that scenario, it looks like more people are trying to get their money out than are posting up at bodog. Add to that Calvin's draining of the Bodog gaming kitty to finance his ego pumping but commercially idiotic fight and music ventures and it doesn't look promising.

It all comes to a crashing halt for the post up players at Bodog when one or more of three things happen: The US DOJ catches Calvin in some puppet state that will extradite him to the American Gulag; one of the reasons that he has bodyguards and a bulletproof Hummer finds a workaround for that and sends him to a dirt nap; or he just decides to let the mask drop and takes all the money and runs. No matter which it is, whoever has money there at the time can kiss it goodbye.

He's now taken to appearing on several forums under the identity of InternetToughGuy and trying to deal with his critics under that alias. A billionaire 12 months ago, now can't get a cheque for less than 15 grand processed.

Sorry about your troubles, and hope it works out.

I have been waiting for more than a month. I cancelled my check by mail and have been waiting for Western Union for 2 weeks. I put in $100 from my bank in March. I won $900 and asked for a payout in early April. It says my deposited funds have not cleared. Do not deposit with Bodog.

I had problems with Bodog payout but just received the last of my 3 payout request today:

1. Payout request 1: 1/12/2007
Recieved check via Fedex on 3/28/2007

2. Payout request 2: 2/13/2007
Claimed to directly deposit in my bank account. I did not received payout. Faxed and emailed them my bank statements as proof that I have not received the payout. A new payout request was approved on 4/15/2007. Received check in the mail on 5/11/2007. (I was told that check was the faster form of payout from customer service.)

3. Payout request 3: 3/26/2007
Received check on 4/27/2007.

My sister also had problems with payout from Bodog but was finally able to get her money after about 3 months.

You should be ashamed of yourself facilitating this garbage. You know full well that Bodog is not paying ANY SLOWER right now than any other other book of their size. You also know full well that the bigger the book, the slower they have been paying because of the volume they have to push through with limited resources.

By not explaining to people that there are only a handful of processors now to handle the massive volume of the entire industry is extremely reckelss behavior from a so called "watchdog".

What you are trying to classify as slow-pay is pretty much the average now and you know it. The days of getting your money offshore in a hour or even a day are long gone no matter what the book, casino, poker room, etc. is and you know it.

The is absolutely no way players are gonna get a payout quicker than 3 weeks from just about any online gaming site if you are a resident of the United States. Betus, Sportsbook.com, etc ALL are experiencing the same type of problems.

Now lets talk about Paddy Roberts, otherwise known as: Paddy, Coldeye, Bodogged, Biffsnaked, etc., etc.

What Paddy does is chase Bodog stories around the internet claiming to be a Bodog insider and gaming industry expert. Truth is, Paddy is neither of these.

What Paddy is however is a cyber-stalker and ex-husband to Calvin Ayre's sister. Paddy does not know 1 person at Bodog and Paddy only knows about the gaming industry from what he reads on forums and blogs. NOBODY out there, cares less about your money or has less information about Bodog or gaming then Paddy Roberts.
