Well gents here is the situation

We were offered two small contests from two of our Main Books.

One for Baseball and one for Football.
With summer on the way,and baseball already started we figure instead of having a baseball contest, [that will have a small amt of players playing in it and small prizes anyway].We disided to wait and make a big move for the up coming football season!

We asked the book to double up the winning for a really great football contest.The books are more comfortable giving out bigger prizes during their "PRIME TIME"!

Same thing happen with another tow book, we would either be able to get a small Baseball contest [one that really nobody would be real happy about] or wait for a bigger football contest.So there is a very very good chance that we will have a NCAA football contest also!

For you guys that just post in here to play the contests.Enjoy the rest of your spring and part of your summer.Remember that sign ups for the football contests will be around august 1st.

For the posters that continue to visit and post intil then.You will be rewarded for it...

I am looking for some suggestions....

One thing we were thinking about was something like the winners having to post up a smaller amt for each contest win say for every xxx posts between now and then.EX:Min post up to collect prize is $100 you can send $50

Or maybe you can get a 1 game lead for the 1st week and that 1 game will go towards the big final season prizes for xxx of posts.

I'm open to anything....Any ideas,questions please post them

Also please make a note that there will be alot of tiebreakers that will be broken by POST COUNT.

EX:Two guys go 11-5 for the week.Instead of picking someone's yardage for the monday night game the winner will be the poster with the most posts.

Football will be here before you know it,i guess it's time to see who our friends are

Rutgers football stadium expansion in full force.....was there last week Mike.

Problum with that shanty is we would not have enough guys that would play for a $50 a week contest.If 15 posters want a to play a $50 a week contest i could set something like that up...

100% i'll remind you.I was in new brunswick yesderday and drove past myself.If you ever have two tickets for any game.I'll be happy to pay for the seats and i'll pick up all the dogs and beer you can handle.I like to take my nephew to the game .He lives in east brunswick and he's a big Rutgers fan.Me i'll bet on Rutgers and root like hell....

Your right about being caught up in posts and #'s...I really don't make much money being a mod in here.I guess because it was alot of fun until that law passed.And i hate to see the forum looking so empty.But your right posters post or don't post i really shouldn't take to to heart,after all i don't own this forum.

You won't get 15 posters playing for $50, only about 15 a week playing in the Justbet one for $600 a week.

I'm still not credited for week #14, BTW.
